Make Ups

We understand that life happens so as a courtesy, we offer make ups which are subject to class availability. (makeups are not guaranteed) You must put in future absence request through parent portal to let us know if your child is going to miss their class for it to count as an excused absence. After your missed classed, a makeup token will be generated for you to redeem for a makeup class through the parent portal. Makeup classes can only be done in an age/skill appropriate class. Tokens expire in 30 days. No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes. 

Drop Procedure

 The front desk must be notified by email or receive a drop request from parent portal on or before THE 20th DAY of the month stating this will be your last month. Failure to do so on or before THE 20TH DAY will result in tuition charges for the following month.
